MMA // GROUND FIGHTING & STRIKING

Will be taught twice per month. The first and third Thursday of every month.

These classes are “pay-as-you-go.” The student must be at least 10 years of age, or be at intermediate level with the TKD program. This class will require a T Shirt and flexible shorts. No belts, No Gi. To confirm date text 917-532-7496.

Mat Fee:
Members of PSMA $20 per class
Non Members $30 per class.

Please call in the case of inclement weather. If NYC public schools are closed, we will also be closed. Make-up classes will be offered for any class cancelled due to weather. However, there are no refunds or credits given for classes held that are held but missed due to weather.

Begins Tuesday April 28th.

In the next semester, Spring Session, I have added a class specifically for Orange belts. It is on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15-5pm. This class is ideal for your beginner martial artist.
